The information is always purposely being spread to help or harm something. Propaganda mostly presented in the form of video or poster.

It is a propaganda because it brainwashes people’s mind by telling that japanese brings peace while the british does not.

But are you sure,you know this by their different flags only.I thought you must talk about the Japanese.You must also say that you know this because the japanese are at the same level as them.Isn’t that also one point why they are in harmony?That is why they are smiling.They are in peace.
